We proudly introduce GICARE^®  Polycarbonate Lenses. It is a new harvest of Close Partnership between Genertec International Corporation and Jiangsu Dongbao Optical Co., Ltd.

Based on the 20 years experiences of manufacturing and contribution of optical lenses, Genertec International submit a feasibility study on production of PC corrective lens in early 2006 and start to iniate this project with Jiangsu Dongbao Optical Co., Ltd.

Thanks to our long term good relations, our cooperation goes very smoothly. It is like a miracle that all urban structures, clean rooms, lens molds, electric injection molding machines, robots, automatic cleaning and hardening lines are set up ready during 3 monthes. We started trial production at end of Feb 2007. Formal bulk production has just begin! Now we have 5 lines with annual production capacity of 5 million pairs of corrective lenses.

It is our clear and ultimate target that our products must have the highest quality and most proper market position. Our production lines and lenses are designed to adopt to the most popular specifications of North and South American markets. Now our regular stock lenses cover minus lenses of 73mm and plus lenses of 65mm, with sph. power up to +/-6.00D and cyl. power up to -2.00D. Rx lenses and MC+EMI lenses are also available upon customers' demands.

GICARE^®  polycarbonate lenses are made from original GE Plastic optical grade materials and are very stable during extreme environment (till 140 C or 280  F). Meanwhile, the new generation multi-shot injection technology effectively eliminate the stress of lenses.

GICARE^®  polycarbonate lenses have "hyperplane" aspherical design. It guarantees the correct diopter while eliminating the unwanted distortion also making the eyewears more attractive looking.

Not only biologically-decomposed the polycarbonate material is, we also use a new nontoxic hardening liquid. So GICARE^®  lenses are fully environmentally friendly.

We provide with several hardening solutions to meet the different requirements of tinting, harder surface or stronger adhesion of coating layers.

Meanwhile, we provide various hardening solutions for different purposes.  Our products are also tested fully in conformity with the government standards and CE, FDA, ANSI Z80.1, ANSI Z87.1, ISO 8980 and ISO 10322 standards.
